- Proven experience as an HR Advisor or in a similar HR consultancy role, preferably within schools or local authority settings.
- Experience in school restructures and reviewing staffing structures at a senior level.

- Excellent understanding of HR policies, employment law, and organisation development within educational settings.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in Hounslow or the West London area is desirable but not essential.
